CineGraph. Site of the film research organization located in Hamburg. Various online tools and publications dealing with the history of German-language film. Mostly in German, with an abbreviated English version.

DVDLaser. The place for news, reviews, info, and commentary on DVDs, including a database of reviews from Douglas Pratt's DVD–LaserDisc Newsletter.

Film-Philosophy. Online journal and discussion salon promoting the philosophical review of cinema. Lots of articles, reviews, and links from some of the world's top critics. Text-intensive.

Baseline.Hollywood.com. Industry site with over 1.5 million database records on projects in production, cast and crew credits, box office grosses, celebrity biographies, talent contact information, company directories, and industry news. Updated daily.

The Internet Movie Database. IMDb has a searchable database with info on over 200,000 movie & TV titles, more than 400,000 actors and actresses, nearly 40,000 directors, and a lot more.

Organa. Media company creating DVD and CD-ROM products for both kids and grown-ups.

ScreenSite. Education and research site for the study of film and TV. Includes searchable index and an international option in several languages.

Voice of the Shuttle. Large humanities research site, including a media and film section.
