The glossary section of Film verstehen --greatly expanded and revised-- has been reborn as a book of its own from Rowohlt
Verlag. Film und neuen medien: Lexikon der fachbegriffe is also edited by Hans-Michael Bock, and was published in July,
2000. Our thanks to translator and editor Hans-Michael Bock and his associates, and Ludwig Moos, and the staff of Rowohlt
for their professional attention to detail. As with Film verstehen Bock has "localized"
Film und neuen medien so that it stands quite on its own, more than just a translation of The Dictionary of New Media.
